WCW has been sold to Eric Bischoff and his group of investors, at least on paper. Ric Flair's newly formed group of seasoned veterans look to maintain control of the WCW World Heavyweight Championship. The Cruiserweight Division shines again as the show opens with a "Cruiserweight Countdown." Glacier returns, much to the delight of Norman Smiley!
